Our extended family of about 40 people had a wonderful Christmas celebration. The facilities of the meeting room were very satisfactory. The bathrooms needed some work. Two of the three stalls in the women's restroom were out of order. There was no soap in the men's restroom except for what we provided and one of the two stalls was out of order
Did not hate place it is boarded up. Not sure if they will reopen.
The front desk clerk was awesome! She completely and promptly resolved an issue I had with my room reservation. The family loved the pool and breakfast. The fridge in my room kept my grandbaby's milk cold and fresh which was a plus! The hotel is dated on the inside and the rooms could use a deep cleaning, especially the air conditioner.
Have stayed here months worth of time in the recent 2 years I have been traveling to the area. The rooms are FULL of roaches, dead and alive. The room keys need replaced almost daily. The rooms are also very humid and have a musky odor to them. The 2 bed rooms usually get only enough towels and clothes for 1 person to shower with. Pretty shocking that wyndham allows places like this to operate.
BED BUGS & ROACHES!!!! The only reason I’m giving a second star is because so far staff has been good. I wake up at 1am because I felt something biting me, I saw a bug on the bed and checked myself and I have a good amount of bites on me. I start feeling itchy again and when I check the bug I searched it and sure enough the picture matches as a bed bug! I kept finding more and more! Plus there are roaches crawling where the tv is, on the chair. My fiancé left his boots on the floor and before I picked them up like everything else I checked inside and there were baby roaches inside his boots!!!!
