Where do I begin the there were 2 really big flying roaches in my room that crawled under my bed as soon as I turned on the light how do I know they were flying roaches they were on my head board!! Cleaning staff threw away my valentines gifts I got from my wife when I had the do not disturb sign on my door after they changed me rooms it smelled like feet stains on the floor just a really bad hotel staff at the front desk were apologetic but it’s not they’re fault needless to say I’m glad it’s my last day and I will advise my company not to reserve me rooms here again
very clean and spacious place, modern too, pool needed some cleaning...
I checked in and payed cash. I was told I had to leave a deposit and $100. I did. Upon check out, around 4am, clerk was nowhere to be found. I ran to airport and made a note to myself to remember to come back and pick up $100 deposit.nTwo weeks later I came back to town and clerk said that, according to the manager (Anahi) their policy was that if deposit was not picked up upon check out, that said monies were deposited in bank account.nI was told to leave my phone number and that Anahi would call me back. 2 weeks passed and no call back from Anahi the Manager.nI just left the hotel again and same clerk said that manager wouldn’t be back until and hour from now. But oh! It so happened she walked right in through the front door at the same time.nI asked the manager for my deposit back and after giving me an “our policy” lecture, O was to give her my full info so that her company could mail me a check home.nWhen I asked her why could she call me back and ask for my info to mail me a check over 2 weeks ago, she just responded with a throat “ahem” as if not finding her words.nI left Anahi my info and I’ll wait another month for my deposit before editing this review.nPick up the slack ANAHI!!!!! Stop using your clerk employees as shield for YOUR taking the your guests’ monies!!!!!
Staff is very friendly & accommodating.
Since we were not allowed to get our own breakfast because of covid compliance the employees will handed us our food. I recommend the employees use gloves.
