Housekeeping does a great job at providing cleanliness and organization to the rooms. Everything is stocked up when they service a room. They take the Do Not Disturb sign seriously when it's hanging at a door, so make sure you remove it if you want housekeeping to stop by your room.nnBreakfast is also open now! Texas shaped waffles never fail to please.nnThe front desk crew is amazing, so helpful, and are very clear about communicating different aspects, from rates to rooms available based on bed types and things related to reservations. If you want to avoid hassle with third party reservations and potential cancellations and fees as a result, definitely call the front desk and reserve with them directly. They'll help you out. Best hotel in Mission run by a strong team of beautiful and kind-hearted ladies.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this hotel or its employees I recently came across a review from what i can assume is a guest accusing the manager of price gauging during the crisis as a person who used to run many many big branded hotels I can say that even though your in charge of a certain business there is always people above your pay grade for example the owner or the director of sales for the companies or the brand itself therefore blaming a manager or employees for prices that Im pretty sure they cant create or have no control of is very sad before people start blasting and putting others on the spot they should gather all their information and set things straight. I wouldn't go around falsely accusing people of things that they can be criminally accounted for. Besides the only things ive seen is this hotel has changed and improved in the last couple of years quality wise and price wise so Id have to say everyone in that hotel is doing a good job.

We booked from Priceline. We were told that pets were allowed and states it’s pet-friendly. The lady said, it says that on Priceline but we don’t accept them. Which was misleading and we drove all the way from Nebraska. Although, she did let us stay as long our pet didn’t make a mess. Resolution, the manager allowed us to stay the rest of 2-3 days that we book. We appreciate that! Our pet is trained, so we don’t have issues. Although, the room on the second floor was stuffy, and kinda dirty. We did ask for another room, but was denied. Some we have a pet. In all, the room was not clean. The fan had dust, and the room smelled a bit ugly. If you have allergies you are doomed!

Need better plumbing. Took seems like a long time for water to go down in sink and tubs. Need new rugs & Better breakfast ud83cudf73. Faculty very friendly and helpful.

Very good, clean, great customer service but the “manager “ is taking advantage of the crisis that our community is going through, instead of having empathy , she is price gouging. Which is completely illegal.
