Everyone at this location is amazing, the vibe the 3 ladies put off at check out was so uplifting and friendly. They truly all 3 got along and worked very well with each other. The 2 managers were training a new employee during an ice storm and steal managed to make us all feel welcomed. The new employee made several trips up and down between floors that night helping everyone could and didn't mind doing so. The rooms were great and breakfast didnt disappointing if you want a relaxing stay with friendly people this is the place to go for sure.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in! The staff is super friendly and the hotel is safe and clean! From the front desk to housekeeping the staff is a team player and they always work together to make the hotel the best it can be. The managers reception is a nice bonus too!
This hotel is one of the absolute best! They could not have got any better! Amber, Samantha, Serena, Crystal, and Laura, as well as the rest of the staff are phenomenal ! From the cleanliness of the hotel to the social hour during the weekday. They are so fast and friendly when you need anything. I have never come in contact with a better team then these girls! The welcoming long term guests what a bonus as well! The owner was also so sweet and very active with the hotel. Even with the covid pandemic they made the best of a hot breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, and everyone wore their mask! Even when they had tough times with the weather they made the best host for all of there guests.
I am so thankful we stayed here when we didn't have water or electricity. The staff was amazing went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need anything. Very friendly and professional. Clean hotel no complaints at all. Definitely coming back again.
The manager and front desk staff are so helpful and communicative. A couple of colleagues and myself travel here about once a month for work. There have been a few times I've had a glitch in my travel and they've always quickly remedied it.nnAlso, the free waters and snacks and happy hour is a huge bonus. Great touch!
