We had a great stay. Clean rooms, hot water for showers, great price on the room considering the weather. Jay at the front desk was awesome & deserves a raise for the excellent customer service he provided.
The lady at the front desk is very nice. They have great service and allowed me to reschedule with no issues. The hotel was very clean the last time we went. So far it's my favorite hotel in San Marcos.
Room was clean & love how they have a little fridge and microwave but the shower didn’t have hot water then after I called they said “oh you have to let it run more then 10 mins” which all it did was turn a light warm. Also phone didn’t even work in room to call the front desk. Toilet was wobbly also. I would not stay here for more then a day DEFINITELY not WORTH the price.
Over priced for this location paid for a 1 bedroom suite, was told on the phone that there was an actual separate bedroom only to walk in to an room with an wall divider and an broken pull out sofa bed with wires and springs hanging all around it which resorted to my kids sleeping on the floor! Which I had to go down stairs get extra blankets and sheets that were supposed to be in the room already for the sofa bed not to mention the sofa bed mattress was disgusting!
The hotel is very close to all of the outlet malls the rooms were a very nice size parking is free and the front desk clerk was very nice. However Room number 201 was not very clean there was white residue on the bed skirt as well as on the curtain also the shower glass door was not clean. The view from the window was totally covered by the structure of the building Therefore I ended up just cleaning the Room myself as I have been doing lately as I travel.
