It was not anything like the pictures on website look like charged 149.00 we where evacuated from hurricane got there checked in they gave us 118 they called junior suite I have sleep apnea so have to sleep with a cpap only one plug by bed, had 2 plugs by kitchen was smelley the bathroom faucet barely had water coming out.. bugs in tub but we where so tired tried to go to bed was hot couldnt sleep all during night could hear traffic on i35 when feel asleep heard a loud noise sounded like a plane was refrigerator when we got up decided to leave iron wouldn't even work when I talk to manager demanded my money be refunded he said well this is not the Marriott I told him him no sir but it not what it say it is either it was actually called on big sign said knights inn will never go back there nor recommend it it was awful
Dirty rooms don't feel sanitized had stains on blankets when I got up around 11 a lady just walked in then sees me and closes the door I go to look and she ran away not sure whats going on here but terrible place never again will I stay here pay more dont go for less this place is 0 stars for me I told front desk they said it was my fault she walked in cause my door didn't ha e a sign which they don't even have in rooms bad service waste of MONEY
The room was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in between customers.
