I truly enjoyed making the drive to San Marcos, mainly due to the wonderful customer service I received over the phone. Apollo was great about helping me with my questions and decisions. Very knowledgeable. When I got there, it was very neat and organized. They made me feel like I was the only customer there. I’m sorry I forgot the name of the person at the register who helped me get the bike going before I left. Very helpful person. These guys were amazing. I will definitely be back soon.... and also let people know about the awesome store down in San Marcos.

Every one was beyond helpful! And the prices are very fair! From walking in to taking my new bike home the process was effortless. They even moved some things around so they could build my bike an hour before they closed! Not only will I recommend them to anyone I know but I am a customer for life now. I would rather drive the hour to San Marcos than go anywhere in San Antonio because the customer service is that good.

Highly recommend! I drove 45 minutes and it was well worth it. Tamara brought out four different bikes for me to ride in the parking lot and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my final choice. Ended up with a Trek Marlin 5 and love it. Great selection and they had hundreds of bikes in stock. I will be making My Pedal Power my first choice for a bike shop.

Staff was great! They put a hold on two bikes I wanted to check out to decide the right one before I bought until I could get there. They were the only shop in the area that has any stock of Giant and Trek bikes right now. Very helpful folks and smooth process

My experience buying a bike from pedal power bicycles was fantastic, and I'm so happy with my new bike. I got personalized service and the staff were happy to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying a bike! Not to mention they are one of the only places in the area with plenty of bikes to try during this national bike shortage.
