My review is based on one employee. He interacted with me inappropriately and unprofessionally once. I reached out and the owners were totally appropriately apologetic. So, I gave them another chance. Today, same employee interacted with me in such an aggressive manner that I'm done. I'm not spending my money to be treated like that. Everyone else there is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. One bad apple, if not removed...

I like the guys that run this shop. They do good work and provide valuable advice. They have more retail space than the shop downtown did. We all need a place that can handle repairs and provide spare parts and supplies. Help support this shop support you. Maybe some items cost more but through your support you can have a place where you can take your bike to fix loose spokes, leaky hydraulics, or a bent derailleur hanger.
