For a weekend it was good. Brown bag breakfast was provided. Room 211 the drain in the bathroom was constantly flowing with sound of water. Had to keep the door close just not hear running water all night. The door locks are ridiculous had to get a new key everyday. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved rooms had mini fridge and microwave.
i enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful and immaculate. It was clean and very quiet. The staff was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. If I am ever in town again I will definetly chose this motel again. Thank you.
Easy location, fast service, recognized as a dominant elite member, room upgrade, partial breakfast, in the room was nice and quiet. This was the first time at this property and I definitely will be staying here again as the parking lot seems secure and they took care of all of my needs. I had an issue with my room they tried to fix it could not but went ahead and move me to another room. Fantastic staff whose did what it took to keep me coming back.
There was nothing good we got two Rooms and one of them the TV didn’t work. We were told the manager only had the code to get a new box. So there was nothing they could do. The other room Air conditioner and shower didn’t work Was told maintenance was gone so there was nothing they can do because they were full. I was also told these rooms are normally for one night stay so no one complained about it. I asked about breakfast and they said yes before we checked in so in the morning went downstairs for the breakfast,breakfast bags with a pastry and fruit On the tables front desk clerk told me but there was none so The clerk grabbed us a bag from the back and let us know there was no fruit available. In bag a pastry and granola bar. Beds very uncomfortable. Worst experience I’ve ever had
I just want to give a major shout out to Brandon at the front desk. I was having a horrible night and he came to the rescue. He was so genuine, polite, very resourceful and willing to help. He went above and beyond and I am so thankful for him. His customer service skills were top tier and made me feel very welcomed. I can’t express what an awesome job Brandon did! I am eternally grateful.
