Got to the hotel room about 10:30 pm, on 3/20/32. The front desk clerk was involved in a heated encounter with a guest. She checked us in during the encounter. After we were checked in and had room keys, the front desk person had another encounter with another unhappy guest. The tone of the responses to the guest were harsh and the guest walked away without being accommodated. That should have been my first clue. We reserved 2 queen beds. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was the smell of urine coming from the bathroom which is located near the front door. I had to keep the door closed to avoid the smell. Another very noticeable smell were the sheets and pillow cases when I pulled back the covers on one of the beds. They clearly had not been changed from the guest before. Not only did the sheets have a very strong odor, there was hair and other unknown, visible,nparticles in the sheets. I called down to the front desk to inform them the sheets had not been changed and there response was “sorry for the inconvenience”.nWe decided since it was late so we would try sleeping in the other bed. The sheets did not smell clean but were not as foul as the ones on the ones on the other bed. The pillows on that bed also had hair on them. Because we were so tired, we decided to cover two of the pillows with bath towels so we could get some sleep. I was reluctant about staying in a hotel because of Covid, and this hotel stay validated all of my fears. Although the decor of the lobby and the rooms was nice, the basic sanitary protocols were not taken to make the room clean and safe, not just for a pandemic but for a regular stay at a hotel. In addition, the customer service was horrible and inexcusable. I would not stay at this hotel. There are obviously not quality controls in place to ensure the rooms are clean. I usually complain about the amount of bleach I smell in the sheets and pillow cases when staying at a hotel. This time I am complaining about the lack of bleach and attention paid to cleanliness, during a pandemic, at a hotel. This is disturbing and disgusting!!

The bed was so freaking comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The only reasons i don't give it 5 stars is the buttons on the phone didn't work and there was no printout of the TV channels. But still, best sleep i had in years.

This hotel was the reception of my wedding. Alejandra’s service was the best! The hotel package included our hall, food, set up and a suite for the night. Elegant and cozy. Loved having my wedding celebration here.

Just checked in today. I prepaid in full hotel room. First was told fee for incidentals were $50 then when about to pay the fee is $100 now. That it’s just a freeze. But then I checked my bank account it was withdrawn. I was told no receipt is given for a freeze on my card and then was told the funds will return in 10 days . Something doesn’t seem right. If you work here you know the incidental fees right from the top, and not say it’s $100 I thought it was $50. Red flag went up

I got to the hotel yesterday around 9:00pm the lady on the front desk approached us we a very unpleasant tone of voice letting us know there was no service, no food. In the afternoon we had checked in and there was no rooms available at the time so we had left out bags already. But that lady was not there at that time.nnShe had no uniform on, she was literally in her pijamas, no name tag. Nothing profesional.nnAlso I am pregnant, and she literally kicked us out of the hotel, got out bags out. She was mad she could not charge me again because the system would not let her. She then got ever madder as she ask my dad for a front and back picture of his credit card and he said he could not give so much details, because she was asking to send the pictures to her.nnIt was a very unpleasant experience and more being pregnant. It was really cold outside and we had to check into another hotel for the night and change places.nnMy mom said to her that is not a way of treating costumers and her answer was people say that I don’t have Jesus in my heart.nnVery sad for a hotel in which we expect at least good treatment.
