You have reviews from people a year then one from six days ago ud83eudd23. You do not care about peoples experiences that stay here. How do you even pass health inspections?? After seeing all these reviews, you will not get my business!!
I'm glad they had power when mine went out for the storm, but that's about where it ends. I asked for towels and toilet paper every day and never received any. When someone in my party in a different room asked in person, they got some with attitude. 1 towel set and 1 roll and harassed about a payment we already made. It's falling apart there, but it appears most of Longview is.
I never complain about rooms as I understand when I pay down not to expect too much. I stay in cheap motels often and I've never experienced a place this horrible. This place is a health hazard. The sheets haven't been renewed in years. The room was disgusting. I literally had to leave and checked into a different hotel. Please do not take your family here.
Rented room..less than half an hour after arriving power went out..requested refund..wouldn't refund money so we could go elsewhere and spent the evening freezing..they have no back up generator..calling corporate..I did not have opportunity to go elsewhere because people would not refund me my money..want to know whom to speak with..would like owners name?
This is what you pay for it is a MOTEL not a hotel it had roaches holes in the wall and just a dirty vibe all through it!
