When we booked our room it was supposed to be a King suite with a spa tub, but uppon arriving we saw we did not have a spa tub in our room. The stopper in the tub was stuck, and it took all night to drain. The toilet constantly had flushing issues. There was no soap in the bathroom, only one towl, and we did not have a do not disturb sign. The worst part was at 9am housekeeping came by and did NOT knock, and tried to just barge into the room while we were still sleeping. (Woke me up) Luckily I locked the latch before going to bed, and they didn't even bother closing the crack in the door. All in all it was a unpleasant experience, and not worth the $100 I paid.
The directv box that was supposed to be on the wall of the room wasn't, so you had to arrange it to change channels...the outlets on all of the lamps in the room would not hook up to any extention cords or any charges for a phone...other than those problems the place was good
No pet fee... the rooms are very clean... the staff was polite and friendly... highly recommended!!!!!
The young lady at the front desk had excellent customer service nice and polite , the rooms are roomy and comfortable. Very clean hotel
