I get these are cheaper hotels but I still have never had one so disgusting before. I only needed a place to sleep for the night but the beds were so nasty I didn't stay. We left and drove the hour and half back home.
First room wasn't touched by cleaning staff.The nice woman at the front desk gave us a new room and double checked it to make sure everything was done. They allow pets and have fair prices for the area.My 4 star is mostly for the courtesy I've received EVERY time I've stayed there.. cleaning crew could use some training
Guest services made sure I had clean towels checked with me every day to make sure I was okay. Helped me with my smart phone. AND THEY WERE NOCE TO MY DOG!
Arrived after making a reservation and were told they didn’t have our room available. The attendant was not rude but was unclear and unaccommodating. Would have been nice to have been notified so we could find another place. Ended up going elsewhere.
They say you get what you pay for.... Nasty building, and no parking. Extremely loud because of thin walls. I thought housekeeping must have made a mistake because they didn't put shampoo in the room. Went to the office and the clerk stated that they don't provide it. First time for everything I guess.
