Stayed over night 2/20/21 in room 414,nWe had no heat in our room it did not work. We were not provided any wash cloths.nStaff was very friendly. Room was nice, beds were okay.nBathroom could have been cleaner.nI would stay again, but I would make sure the a/c or heat works before I unpack, and shower to get ready for bed.
The first night I was there I was placed in the wrong room but I was so tired from driving 5 hours I took it. In the morning Mrs. Diana went out of her way and fixed up my reservation got me the room I needed . She had so much to do and stil she managed to help me. That's customer service at its finest.
Quiet, simple, clean hotel. Probably better for business trips, as kids don't have nothing to do (out of pool season).

This is the third time I've stayed at one of these inns and I'm always more than satisfied with that experience. They have they serve a continental breakfast here but during the covid-19. Everything is just wrapped up in plastic and you can help yourself to what's available but it's limited as compared to before. Everything is exceptionally clean and the help is very courteous and friendly.
