Felicia is a professional, reliable, punctual, kind, and just a stellar overall person. She has helped me on multiple occasions and I am grateful.ni recently found myself in the hospital and needed some items to make life easier (brush, phone charging wall cord, etc.) I contacted her after 7PM on a Wednesday night and just over an hour later she had purchased and delivered the items I needed to security at the hospital. Who does that? Felicia Does! Thank you so much - you are a life saver and I appreciate you.nnA week ago or so, I needed a ride home from the rehab facility (torn/sprain mcl). I contacted Felicia a few days in advance to see if she could assist. As is her modus operandi she sprung into action to accommodate. There I was, Walker in hand, she picked me up and brought me home. She helped me with some items at home to get me set up and comfortable, cleaned up the kitchen a bit, picked up my mail and packages and took out the trash. All these little tasks seem simple until you are using a walker and cannot do them for yourself. Never Fear Felicia is Here! She is a consummate professional, kind, friendly, with more than fair rates. Much Kudos describes Felicia! Should you need a helping hand call her - you will not be dissappointed!
