I received prompt service and now my bike is like new. I dropped by without an appointment and was taken care of while I waited. Everyone is courteous, helpful & service oriented. I went back later and bought a helmet; they helped me to get the right size & fit. Excellent place even if you only have a regular bike like me!

I absolutely love Society Cycle Works. I don’t think there is ever a time where I wasn’t approached by 1-3 people looking to help me. You can tell that the owners push for service. I took my road bike in to get it serviced and new wraps on the handlebars. The tech looked at it and said it was great and it didn’t need a tuneup. He Wrapped my handlebars while I shopped and I was out the door. The techs were all great. Thank you. See you soon.

I’ve been using the shop for both of my other bicycles, I just bought a new E bike from them as well. Service sales and the quality of care here is impeccable. Jason and Rey and the rest of the guys have always been just fantastic to deal with and very helpful. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories from clothes and water bottles to complete rebuild. Can’t recommend them enough

Awesome store with great staff. Special thanks to Rey for being super patient and helping me choose a bike with the right fit. The first time I went to the store, I had already made up my mind about which road bike I wanted. Rey could’ve had the easiest sale of a super expensive bike but he helped me understand that it wasn’t the best fit. After a couple more visits to the store and hours talking, I picked a bike that fits me better. I’m about to go out for my first ride. Super excited. I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely go back there when I’m ready to get a new mountain bike. Thanks again.

Great, knowledgeable staff! Mason spent nearly an hour on my bike to diagnose and repair the problems, including taking the bike on two test rides in the process. Appreciate the exemplary service!
