2 times they charge a few extra hundred dollars on my rent for the water bill saying I have a water leak when I brought this upon the park manager Tina. My Rent usual around $530-580 range the base lot rent is 425 plus your water bill, first time this happen it’s was close too $900 for a water leak that basically I was told “ we can’t help you because you own the trailer” the only leak was the hose was opened for a few days but Fine I pay it then few months later same thing happens water bill is unbelievable.All tho I knew for sure we dint have a leak anywhere! $1190?! was how much I was expected to pay from my pocket the water bill was more than the lot rent. After 6 years living there they dint renew lease on the lot because my trailer was too old and not suitable for theirnImage coming from above management and not paying rent like if I was gonna pay that?, MY ADVICE IS GO ON SOMEWHERE ELSE, they keep bumping rent up for there “home improvements” please all they did was plant some flowers and spray paint over the old bumps you get a fee for any and every little dumb “violation”. Once the tow truck almost took my truck with me inside while I waited for my wife to take her to work at 11 pm they Just a joke.

Worst place to live. I got my car towed without a warning a few months ago then they complain about the color of the house now they expect us to paint the house color and they complain about any little thing but last night was the last straw. I got home from work ready to cook, shower, and wash clothes.. couldn’t even do that. They turned the water off all night all the way until 1am. Can’t wait to move out this horrible place.

The place just changed the rules on towing. They just put up a small sign, and didn't tell anyone. So I registered my vehicle online like always and was towed away. Yet the online confirmation that I registered said I was good for 2 days

I wouldn't even know where to begin with this review. The list of problems is too long. I have tried to keep this review to myself over the years and hope things would get better, but this place is out of control now.
