Hotel is so clean. Almost seems like it's fairly new. Room was really clean. Staff is very nice. We had a group and they accommodated us by grouping our rooms close to each other. I would definitely come back.
We were in great need of a warm, comfortable place during the inclement weather here in Texas. Upon arrival, we were greeting by three professional and courteous staff members. I believe that 2 were managers. We later found out that they were also poised with working the front counter, room cleaning (due to low housekeeping staff) and also ensuring maintenance was not an issue in the respective rooms!! They did it with a smile! They received over 30 calls (while we were waiting for our room) from customers requesting available rooms, which there were none. However, they were polite and did not seem bothered by the redundancy of the inquiries. These guys are the best!! Thanks Greg, Mark and Frank for making our stay pleasurable!!! Excellent ud83cudf1f
This is an awesome hotel with great rates and very friendly staff! I stayed in a standard room (1 king bed), that has a mini fridge and microwave. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed/pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud!! Definitely recommend and will continue to stay here whenever visiting Waxahachie.
We stayed here over the weekend and I must say that we were always greeted with a smile each time we passed the front desk. Nice and quiet location and everything we needed or wanted to visit was within a ten minute drive. As for cleanliness, I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Texas once in a lifetime winter apocalypse! Great staff. Everything and everyone was treated and handled professional. Very clean rooms and amenities. Five stars to the staff!
