My previous review was deleted and this place was so bad I'll put one up again. This place is infested with bed bugs and black mold and I was in one of the cleaner rooms, door didn't always lock, and blood spots on the walls from where no one knows and no one cleans it. Was a student of CREngland only stayed for two weeks and caught a lung infection from it. In short don't risk your health, save your money and get your cdl from a company that will feed you and put you in a nice place.
Just older property, decently clean. But a good deal of mold in certain rooms in the carpets and even the sheet rock on one of the walls in the handicapped room. Amenities are limited. Price is best in town. AND I WILL say while they could use better be updates and a serious deep clean and disinfection from a large scale crew to really be less of an allergy upset. They are far superior to their adjacent competitor The Executive Inn, who's rooms aren't clean and some rooms have TUBE TVS for goodness sack. The Dallas Suites and Inn is adequate for the price and while the Management and some of their policies are a bit riged. It's not the without place to stay in Waxahachie.
I been staying here since February and still stay now. Rooms are nice sized. 200 weekly cant beat it. Staff is nice and the room is clean. A lot of kids. Basically like an apartment complex tbh

Delivered food there. It was disgusting outside the stairs were so gross I didn't touch the rail. Broken down cars in the parking lot. I would never ever stay there.
