Great service and attention to detail. Fair pricing too. Closes at 2 pm on Saturday but they stayed open until the job was done.
Had a great retail experience at ECB. Lane was great and very informative. Answered all my questions and after test riding a couple bikes, I bought (solid deal) a Marin bike and LOVE it! Hit the trails the next day and Lane was spot on with the feel and experience. Thanks!
Just bought a new Hawk hill there l . Ellis got the best deal . I drove 230 miles to get it from San Antonio. It’s totally worth it. To bad he is not in San Antonio for sure will give him more business.
Lane went out of his way to help me get a new mtb bike. Told me about the differences in bikes and helped put some pedals and grips on. If you're looking for a mtb bike with good customer service and good prices 10/10 would recommend Ellis county bicycle!
