Terrible experience here. They take hours to fill your medications and always have a problem when I go here. Run away!
I’ve always had a great experience here compared to other pharmacies in the area. They’ve always given me great customer service, both in store and over the phone. The employees here are kind and genuine and seem to actually care about the customer.
Pharmacy is OK but the try to over charge you every time
They’ll have you on hold 30-60 minutes and not even bother to check in to let you know that it’ll be awhile until they can help you. First they won’t answer the phone and have to go through the automated system before they answer and when they do they tell you they have to put you on hold and not even give you a chance to say a word and goes straight to hold. Happened to me two months in a row now over checking on just a small thing that they can easily do.
Previously wrote a review meant for a different location. The location in Mesquite has been nothing short of amazing !!nThe pharmacist, Mr. Fadi has gone above and beyond to help my with insurance issues and getting my prescriptions in a timely manner.
