Quick stop here while in vacation and in need of something we forgot. It's always nice that there in every city and you get familiar with their offerings and set up. It's pretty much the same no matter where you are in the states.nnThe store was clean and well organized. As per usual they had minimal staff around, but we didn't have any questions. We popped over to the aisle we needed, grabbed it stuff and went to the checkout. Cashier was quick.nnOverall: BnStandard a ok visit to the chain that's consistent anywhere.

The pharmacy is very busy here, so the speed is not extremely high. This is why most other reviews are low. The thing they don’t mention is the fact that everyone behind the counter is hustling to get as many prescriptions filled as possible while also handling things like flu shots. The staff does their best and is great when the store isn’t as busy, which is when I will continue to come back in the future.

So I was diagnosed with an ear infection yesterday and was given prescriptions to take to a pharmacy. I chose to go to this location cause it was closer to my current location. I walk in and head to the pharmacy. Everyone was super friendly and I handed them my prescription. I also informed them that I had a change of insurance and handed them my insurance card. They told me ok and that it would be ready in half an hour. So after waiting in the parking lot for half an hour I go back in to get my medications. It wasn't until then that they informed me that Walgreens does not take my insurance and that I had two options, either go to a location that does take my insurance and have them call the pharmacy to obtain my prescription which would mean another half an hour wait. Or I could just bite the bullet and pay $40 for what should have been $20 or less. I was in a rush and did not have time to wait another half hour so I had no choice but to pay the extra $20. My issue is if you knew you didnt take my insurance why didn't you tell me from the start? I feel like I was ripped off and will probably never go to this location again.

This Walgreens has the slowest and most u helpful pharmacy. Whenever I have to pick up prescriptions I know to allow at least 30-40 minutes to wait no matter what time I go. Absolutely awful customer service.

Waited 12 minutes on the phone to request my prescription be filled. I was told it would be a little over an hour before I could pick it up. I get there, and I am told repeatedly I can't have it until it is at 30 days. It was last filled 28 days ago. My doctor and insurance company are fine with me having it. Apparently the Walgreens pharmacist fills when they want. As a side note, I usually don't fill this prescription every 30 days. It goes over the time occasionally. It definitely did twice in the last 4 months. Finally, the pharmacist states I can have it tomorrow. I get to go back to Walgreens. Awesome.
