Very friendly staff and a huge selection.
Had an amazing experience purchasing my first road bike. Graham was absolutely great to work with - super knowledgeable, friendly, and really patient when it came to informing me about which direction to go.. at the end, got the bike that was clearly “made for me!” .. no adjustments needed! Highly recommend! Worked with Johnny B and he is a true professional. Informative, patient, and made the experience enjoyable. The shop seems to be a well oiled machine and the staff well trained. This is how a business should be operated. Very impressed with Johnny and Bike Mart.
Every time I walk into RBM I am greeted by the most helpful individuals. I recently got into road biking and knew nothing about what I would need, how to service my bike, or anything about different products. Not only was I educated on all of these topics, it never felt that I should always buy the more expensive product. The conversation was always centered around was the extra cost worth it in terms of performance. I wholeheartedly love Richardson Bike Mart and wish I had the means to buy 10 more bikes to support the store. I have never experienced such helpful service, it is very clear the individuals working care about cycling and want to help you have the best biking experience.
