I have recently taken two very good bikes in for services. Both experiences have been excellent! From my first inquiry call to bringing the bikes in on separate occasions all have been very courteous, knowledgeable, informative and prompt. Best all around bicycle service I have ever experienced! Both bikes have never run smoother, gear changes, brakes.
I needed to get my bicycle ready for the summer, but I am unable to take it anywhere due to the size of my car. I stop by Richardson‘s Bike Mart and they said that they would come and pick it up for me, take it to the shop, get it ready for the summer and bring it back to me. They were the only ones willing to work with me. I will definitely be using them again!
We'd a service request for kids bike. The associate Ryan had performed it well and even beyond the expectations. The place is very user friendly and giving attention for each customer. The labor charge and maintainace charges are cheaper than any other competitive bike services.nHighly recommended for any bike services
Today we bought 2 bikes from Richardson bike mart for me and my son. This is the second time we visited this place. We have purchased a bike from there sometime back for my wife . It was a great experience , Keller helped us through the process . I had limited knowledge of bikes but Keller was so patient with us and provided us lot of details to help make decision. The respect and time is worth every dollar spent. Thank you Richardson Bike mart and Keller.
The staff is super nice and helpful! They don't try to sell you more than you need and are always willing to answer questions. Super awesome! Great products, too. :-)
