This is a very nice shop with some quality bicycles for sale. The staff are helpful and can answer your questions. This shop sponser a 100 mile race in the spring that is great fun.
You can really tell the service you're going to get from a place if you're greeted or not. Place was not busy at all and we were not greeted. The overall place had a negative feeling. I went in for a simple inner tube with my elderly father who is hard of hearing and has poor sight as well. We have never been here and after this never will again. We just came here since Walmart didn't have the size inner tube we needed. He went to the counter to ask for one and was rudely told to stand behind a yellow line, not like there was a sign or ANY social distancing, so it's not like him being behind a yellow line or not matters. He couldn't understand since the mask policies do not allow him to read lips and was told again in a rude tone. My father was still having trouble understanding so I came by to help him. I really hated how he was treated and hate when younger people are rude to elders or simply do not have the patience for elderly customers. I then took over for my father since he felt embarrassed and he felt like the person was rude to him. Never left a place so fast. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the inner tube I bought deflated the next day as soon as we made the repairs, so I wasted my money and time.
