The store is good as long as you don’t have to return anything. I spent 300$ on a bat, played one game and it start unwrapping. I tried to return the bat and all they said they can do is get me free bat grip. Dude I just spent 300$ on this and it unraveling already. I literally had the bat 2 days. I also order a football helmet with a custom face mask on it. Well when the helmet came in the custom mask wasn’t on it. They told me in order to get the face mask I had to buy it again and then they will refund me for the first one I bought. I said I already bought it just give me the right one and take the one that came on the helmet. HORRIBLE EXCHANGE POLICY HERE

Got me a nice associate to help with a choice of Soccer klit and boom had a Hat trick and an assist in the game same day. Lovely feeling.

Waited in the shoe department for help for 25 min with no one to help, then waited in line for another 15 min to check out! For such a huge store they only have 1 person checking out. Great store but needs better staff

I came to the Pearland location on two separate occasions. The first time was to purchase a bike. I was completely blown away by the young lady that helped me and her knowledge pertaining to the bike. She helped me to understand about needing to be fitted for a bike and she help me to understand all of the intricate details that go along with purchasing a bike.nUnfortunately that bike was not a good fit for me after I tested it with my family the following evening, so I needed to return it.nI got the opportunity to work with a young man named Cesar. Cesar was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly, & extremely pleasant to work with.nBy the time that I was able to actually test the bike was beyond the 24 hour period that your policy states. Because of my kids being in virtual school we weren’t able to test it until after they got out of school and by that time it was beyond the timestamp on the original receipt. So, when I got home that evening I called and that’s when I first met Cesar.nnAfter speaking to me he told me that he would allow me to return it and be fitted for another bike. I told him that I couldn’t come that evening because I had to get the kids ready for bed but I could come the following morning and he said that was OK. So I arrive the following morning and to my pleasure he was there and he was an amazing help. He right off the bat knew exactly what bike would be beneficial for me. He had it ready for me to try once I arrived at the store. And then he help to locate a store that had one in stock. He called the Baybrook location to see if there was one in stock and found that there was only one available in a box. When he was asking the gentleman to assemble the bike prior to my arrival he got a very unsatisfactory response and he told me that it didn’t seem like this person really wanted to help or assemble the bike. He told me that if I had any problems to bring the bike back to his store and he would do whatever needed to be done as far as making sure it was in the most pristine condition.nnWhen I got to the baybrook store I encountered the same unsatisfactory response from Thomas in the bike section. He was not very eager to help. He was not very friendly and he just didn’t give off the presence that he wanted to help anyone.nSo anyway, I took the bike even after asking Thomas at the Baybrook store to run through the checklist before I signed off on it and he told me he could not do that in front of me because he already did it in the back and that’s where the stand was for the bikes. So I went ahead and signed it and then I took the bike back to the Pearland location and Cesar immediately took the bike set it up on the stand and fixed everything. The brakes were off the tension was off the tires needed airing as he did a complete set up on the bike and he told me as he was doing it that all of these things that were wrong but because I’m not a bike person and I don’t really understand what needed to be done I can’t relay what exactly needed to be done but the point is is that the person at the other location didn’t do what was required and Cesar did above and beyond what was required so this survey or feedback is just to shine light on just a wonderful person and how much his customer service plays a role in that by Department at the Pearland location.
