Jose was very nice and professional. Thanks for negotiating on the project. Customer service provided was wonderful.
I dealt with the owner personally (it wasn’t Don as others have said) and he was very responsive and respectful. Job was done in a timely manner and appears to be a great install.
Worst experience of my life. will never recommend these people. Signed contract in March it was not completed until November. They constantly delayed the project, arrived to work with no materials, had to reschedule. When they finally did the the roof, they ruined property, trees, left a terrible mess, left their workers unsupervised, had to return multiple times becasue they ran out of material, took much longer than stated. Office staff is ignorant of accounting practices and inexperience. Paid within 3 days of invoice and they begged me to pay sooner because they needed to make payroll. Tried to talk to owner to no avail. Roofer did not install the roof properly and no fascia was replaced at any point even though the gutters fell off in one place because the wood was rotted. Expensive job and still no satisfaction because I had to contract with another roofer to finish the job properly. No home owner should ever trust this company with their roof or gutters. I tried to work with local and got severely burned.
Called for an appt. Gave all my info to receptionist, no one called back. Ever.
Mr Sparks cares nothing about the customer once you've signed the contract to do the job, I never saw him again after the estimate, when I had concerns he talked to me like it was an attack on him personally, he was rude and aggressive, I was told by him that he doesn't need to come by job sites that he hires people for that, when I couldn't get ahold of the job site supervisor I was told by Donald that the supervisor has better things to do than be on the jobsite while the workers were on my roof. They rushed, they made a mess of plants and the yard, was told they would clean out the gutters by the job supervisor and that didn't happen either, I had little piles of nails out of each rain gutter drain, some underlayment sticking out, a cable roofed over, as well as my direct TV mount put back up with one bolt and not secured to the roof well. When I met Donald during the estimate I thought he was a really nice guy, but once under contract if you question him about when the job will be scheduled, or concern about the job or complaints, be prepared to be screamed at, he will not let you get a word in. I know this company has some good reviews, but the owner Donald made our experience with his company terrible
