Don Kennedy Roofing replaced our roof and we had an Excellent experience throughout the process! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Our roof was not in good shape and we knew that we needed to have it completely redone. Additionally, we needed to have our chimney stack taken down (not associated with Don Kennedy Roofing) and would need to arrange the roof replacement after the fireplace/stack project had been completed. I met with Shane who was very professional and experienced in roof inspection, roof repair and working with customers who are completely inexperienced in roof replacement. Shane was very patient, provided comprehensive information throughout the planning phases of our roof replacement and assured us that we would be very happy with the new roof. Thankfully, working with Don Kennedy Roofing was very easy because our chimney stack project did not go well (was not associated with Don Kennedy Roofing) and delays were encountered. When the day came for the new roof, the Don Kennedy Roofing Crew came as promised at 7am and the work began. Throughout the day, we were updated with their progress. I could not believe how efficient they were and I was absolutely amazed that they were able to complete the entire roof in 1 day...including immaculate cleanup! The new roof is AWESOME (Shane was right!) and we will definitely be calling Don Kennedy Roofing for any other roof repair or replacement on our other properties!

Don Kennedy Roofing was responsive and delivered exceptional value. I had quotes from other vendors who basically did not know what they were even trying to quote on. Shane came out, inspected the roof and provided a detailed report on what needed to be done, how it should be done and how Don Kennedy Roofing would correct our issues (from a prior vendor). GREAT roofing company - and that is even an understatement. We didn't have the most expensive job for them to do (a section of fascia pulled away from our house after a storm), but they answered the call. This was after we contacted several other roofing companies, including ones commissioned to work on the repair by our insurance company. No one came to help and it had been over a month. Tommy called me and got the job done quickly. Exceptional customer service - they truly do care about their customers.
