The store ws quiet and clean but ir was an hour before close. The where very helpful when they finally did it took me to ask for help, even though there was staff just seem like they where waiting to go home. Like they didn't want to work because it was close to closing time. That what stop it from being a higher grade

The golf department offers one of the best retail experiences I have had in years, period. All of the staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, especially Joe who helped me with a custom putter that has improved my game. The entire golf department is great and I will be exclusively buying all of my future clubs from these folks. 10/10. Forget paying big $$$ for club fitting at a golf shop, just go talk to these guys. Seriously, take my word for it.

Standing in the shoe section with 3 employees that failed to ask if I needed assistance. I’m black it made me feel completely INVISIBLE! One woman on the floor seemed to be the manager which is horrible. I walked away smh BUY BLACK OWNED!! It’s not worth it.

So i purchased a dbx rollar blades and i was wondering how to stop on the blades. I was looking at one of the shoes and it doesn't have the brakes. It has the holder but no brakes. So I returned them with a protection plan and said the blades don't have any brakes. And they replied sorry we can't help you with that and you would have to call the company that made the shoes. I think that you shouldn't sell something that isn't complete. Like selling a bike with the brakes not working and returning it and them saying well how do we know you didn't take it off.nWHO WOULD TAKE OFF THEIR OWN BRAKES. Very disappointed in this.

Perhaps it's due to the pandemic but their camping section was fairly empty and they are selling a North Face sleeping bag that was discontinued back in 2011. There weren't many items and the shelves were more than half empty.
