We visited and spoke with Bob and Kim several times while doing our research on which brand and which model of electric bike we wanted to invest in. They were both over the top helpful and answered all or questions patiently and completely. We decided on Pedego because of the quality of the product and the large network of dealer support locally and nationwide.
