First impression is a lasting impression!!! This is were I will be staying from here on out when I come to visit my niece. Management is outstanding, could not asked for better customer service. Very polite and respectful. They recognize our military men and women. That is a big bonus for me. All around just outstanding place!! Very clean!!
The guy was rude and wanted to argue with me about the website. The website says PET FRIENDLY. But they do not allow pets. I have a little tiny dog and it was 10 pm at night, we just wanted to sleep.
Great stay!! Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Free continental breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Stayed here for a family reunion. Loved the hotel decorations and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was simple and filling every morning for my family. Jamie at the front desk was very helpful and kind. We will be staying here every time we are in Lake City.
So I know this isn’t a true “5-Star Hotel,” but for the area this hotel is SO NICE! We used to stay here when we were in town for some mission work, and this year we came back to an entirely new hotel with beautiful renovations and a delightful new staff. The new rooms have hardwood flooring, really nice beds, updated showers and bathrooms, built-in charging hubs, and new electronics. The lobby and breakfast area are also a definite plus, and the staff was so helpful and courteous throughout the process. Raven at the front desk was busy but never broke her professional, kind demeanor and Pamela in housekeeping took excellent care of us. We will 100% be staying here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Lake City, SC!
