I recently used Spann to replace a roof for one of our owner's. The communication from the production team was impeccable. The roof was installed on schedule and quickly. The owner's our very happy with the work. Another call to Spann for a repair from an owner that is selling their property required a quick response from the repair team. They came out and fixed the roof same day and took a great deal of care with not disturbing the renters in the unit too much. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed any kind of roof work done.
Very thorough and professional. I have never called them back to fix the same repair. They fix it right the first time. Spann is always able to do the repair.
We used Spann to repair our roof prior to selling. They were quick to respond and the only company to actually show up when scheduled. Dave was amazing and went above and beyond to see the job through. They arrived mid afternoon and stayed into the dark to finish. Pictures were provided to send for warranty with the builder along with a write up of what was completed. We can not say enough about how great our experience!
