Four oaks is a place for people that are down on their luck and need place to stay that's generally affordable and close to places for shopping and commute. It has a reputation for riff raff and what not but I saw nothing of the sort last night, residents were gathered together grilling and having a good time. Never judge a book by it's cover.

The location is in the bad part of town where drugs and postution is done in plain site. If you pay for your room with a card they ask for your pin then say that its been declined just so they can hear your pin again to remember. The rooms are nasty and smell dirty
