The Red Cross gave my Niece, 2 Free Nights, because the Mobile Home of mine burnt down, and she no longer had a place to stay at .
This place is not worth the rates they ask for,it's run down,drug infested
Not a good place to have someone to stay
Pretty clean place. The man who owns it is always doing something to keep up with it. Hes painting and his wife is cleaning. Always doing something!
So..my family and I decided to take a 5 hour drive....fun day beach trip spontaneously, and ended up at Delta Motel being that everything nice was booked.(rolls eyes) we go inside to put the bare minimum in there, being that what it looked to be people living there permanently and has become comfortable with each other because they were yelling across the parking lot Talking.So we go out to enjoy our day at the beach, mind you when we checked in we stayed inside the room for less than 20 mins after that we didn’t arrive back until 7 hours later,at this point we were exhausted,walked in the bathroom and What do you know Roaches we’re in the shower,towels were clean ..but stained badly.YES we asked for our money back being that this room was disgusting.he did not handle the situation properly,professionally,or as a businessman,he could have simply giving us the full amount back,however his no refund policy claimed to be a restriction(whatever).will never forget this weekend.
