The attitude of the staff was not friendly and in 1 instance totally rude. None of the staff wear masks and when I asked that housekeeping wear a mask and gloves, it was not received well by anyone. The manager is loud and boisterous. When I told her staff did NOT leave any fresh towels or cloths, she came up to my room , looked around and told me staff DID leave towels but then called for towels, etc be brought up. She counted out two bathntowels and two wash cloths. I told her I was unhappy with my stay to which she stated I’m free to leave. After being called a liar about towels, and all of the rest of it, that’s just what I did the next day. The “breakfast” was a joke and you’d have to see it to believe. However, the water, yougurt and coffee were the best options. It had to be really bad for me to leave, lose money and spend additional money at the Hampton 3 days before my checkout date. I had planned to stay two weeks. Also, they should state online that the pool is closed.
Very friendly staff. Spacious, clean, comfortable, king suite. Excellent hot breakfast. Espresso machine... nothing bad to say about this stay.
Once again very lovely place to stay for all occasions and the staff is the best

Room was not as clean as I would have liked it. There was some trash on floor and dirty wash cloth left in shower
