Nice new hotel in the area. Front desk staff are very professional and courteous. Only issue I had was with cleaning staff as we found a few items that were left behind on the floor from a prior guest and was not cleaned up by house keeping. I asked to have housekeeping come do a full clean and sanitize which they said they would but they never showed. Other than that this is a really nice hotel.
I had a great experience overall during my overnight stay. The check-in was easy and the associate (Nicky) gave me a thorough expectation of the amenities. The rooms were up to date with a unique design and very comfortable. Though you could place a breakfast order the night before I did not see any vegan or plant based options on the menu so I settled for the grab and go option of a muffin. That would be my only criticism. The morning of my checkout, the gentleman that processed was extremely courteous as well. To conclude, it was a great stay and I would or will again if/when in the area.
This was a very nice hotel, but the up keep is falling off. I’m not sure as to why but it’s getting trashy like the Fairfield that’s near them.nThe staff are great, the gym is nice and clean but the rooms are filthy.nI guess the house keeping crew are just taking short cuts.nLeaving the same liens on from the guests before and not wiping down because they don’t see dirt/germs.nPlease get it together!!!!nCorporate you all need to get involved!!!
We had two rooms for a overnight stay. The first day was good. Let us check in early. Probably would have had a 5 star if I hadn't found a roach in my bathroom. And my breakfast order had been right. And the outlet in the bathroom worked. And the hostess hadn't argued with my son in law when he went down to pick up his breakfast. Which was also wrong.nSo a one star.
Wonderful property and amenities and amazing staff. We were greeted warmly, promptly given a room which was clean and very well appointed. Luxurious bedding! Breakfast left a little to be desired,
