We got the room at a good price, but had a couple of issues such as there were no shower towels, just hand towels. NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! There was no coffee machine nor were there any styrofoam or any kind of cups to drink out of in the room either. The only good thing was the price drop at the time of night we were driving through the town. I do t think I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
First off I travel with my service dog and they put me on the second floor not good. As I walk into the room I kick something it was a dried pile of dog poop. The bed looked like it had been slept in not made up properly. There was a coffee maker and ice bucket with no cups for them. I would think twice before booking a stay here.
Very comfortable rooms, very friendly and professional staff, if I were to pick a hotel, it would be this one, everytime!
I stayed in room 162 Dec 5th 2020. I woke up to find itchy whelps on my arms and legs. I inspected the bed to find live bedbugs on the bed closest to the door! I informed the office. They offered to let me switch rooms. I obviously declined. I only received a partial refund somehow... I would hope no one is checked into room 162 until the room professionally dealt with. So disappointed and disgusted. Now I have to figure out what to do with all my belongings that were in the room with me. My friend also found signs of bedbugs in room 161. I have a feeling it has been an ongoing issue.
Old hotel but has a nice clean rooms, i enjoyed my 2 weeks stay here.
