had a great time stayed in k1 the cabin was just like i remember all was great.we always stay with kiser cabins when we come to turner falls thanx again !!!!

Disgusting. Gross. Unsanitary. Mold. Dead bugs. Terrible disgusting beds. This was all our fault because my husband and I did not research beforehand. We saw a sign and needed a place quick due to our two small children needing sleep and our last minute decision to stay. He never told us which cabin was ours and not a single code worked on his lockbox. Then he belittled my husbands intelligence and his ability to properly input a lockbox code. This was after him not answering the phone for 45 minutes and giving my husband 4 codes to try. His words, “I always have to come help my customers open these because they never know how to open them.” Our linens were left in an open box outside the cabin for who knows how long. It was just awful and we are out that money. But we will never ever stay at another cabin of his ever.

Another great stay!! We have stayed at Kaiser cabins for almost ten years now. We have stayed in most of the cabins including the ones inside and outside of the park. Always clean and always full of memories.

Stayed in K2 cabin inside turner falls park. Owner was very difficult to work with as his website says to contact via email but then he doesn't check it and doesn't text and only takes calls between 3-4pm even if there's a problem, doesn't do online payments, refuses to give refunds (and you'll see why). Place was a dump. Dirty old stained carpet, dead bugs in windows, dirty fridge, no toilet paper or a roll for the toilet paper, no sheets or pillows provided, unwashed comforters, heavy smoke smell, one of the wall outlets didn't work, kitchen/dining area was an afterthought with no A/C and an outdoor picnic table for the dining table, paint peeling, a wasp strangely kept getting into the cabin, futon had a tear in it, when raining and opening the door lots of rain splashes in (no covered entry), etc. Person next to us said their A/C wasn't working and the owner wouldn't pickup the phone for them. We only got it because it was the last one available inside turner falls. Considering the other reviews, I'll never stay in any of these cabins again. These cabins need to be cleaned and sanitized especially during COVID season. The only redeeming qualities were location and a working A/C.
