Had my daughter's sweet 16 party here over the weekend over Labor Day Weekend. It could not have been more perfect! Gary and his staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our accommodations were met, everyone was so friendly and happy to help. The house is breathtaking, so relaxing, everything top to bottom was clean. We will be returning just for a family retreat.

When we arrived at the house there were multiple workers... blowing leaves, working on a new deck, and the owner just walking around. If you have guests coming I feel that you need to have these things finished before they arrive. It was very uncomfortable. We had prepaid for two boat rentals which when we arrived were informed that only one was available. We told the owner that we had to many people for only one boat so we would like to cancel the boat rental all together. He told us that was NOT an option and that we had to keep one..the boat was dropped off empty and we had to fill it up with our own money, along with other issues. We then asked for a refund for the boat we did not receive and he said yes, but after he did a full inspection of the house (which was a separate transaction As the boat) and he was completely unprofessional and rude about it. There is no outdoor speaker system on any of the floors or boat dock. The maintenance man was very nice and informative, but he kept popping up at the house at various times throughout the weekend. The house is nice and fits a ton of people though.

Beautiful place!!! Amazing view.nGreat service (anything we needed people came immediately to help). They take out the trash every morning.nWe went 25 people and had a lot of space for everyone.nWill definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful! Couldn't ask for a better place to relax and enjoy the weekend with family and friends. The only negative was having to leave. Loved it!
