Beautiful campground, and friendly staff. A lot of permanent sites but everyone seemed friendly. All sites are wooded, some are a bit hilly.

Great location. Its always awesome to have a TT with lake access. We look forward to dropping in our kayaks this week. LoVE the gaga ball pit! We really wish more parks had these for the kids
Nice place to stay for the weekend or extended stay. Staff is friendly, especially Jim. For this it is 5 stars. However, it is very difficult to get a reservation. 8/10 times I have tried to book, I was told nothing was available and it was nowhere near a holiday. The sites are first come first serve so, if you have a large RV and a small camper or RV gets to the campground first, you may not have a spot you fit in. Would make it much easier to assign sites based on the size of your RV or camper. This is the first campground I have ever seen that does not assign sites. For these reasons, I give it a 2.
One of the nicest thousand trails resort at Lake Gaston. A wonderful staff. Well manageed. Great family fun.
