This is a very clean and friendly place to live. Its very peaceful and the people here that I have met are all very friendly and willing to give a helping hand when needed. The lawns are well kept and the management is great and willing to help out in any way possible. Keep up the great work.

In my experience dealing with David Bannister he was less than professional and offered subpar living conditions I would advise no one rent a property from this slumlord.
