Quiet, clean and comfortable king suite, as well as common area. Good breakfast. Professional, helpful staff. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Great place! Very nice staff! NOT the fault of the hotel but be aware of the begging homeless in Garner! *** Two yrs later. Drove through the parking lot last week, 2/2021. This hotel, as many in Garner, has become a 'working mans' hotel.
Room was extremely clean, I could actually smell how clean it was when I walked in. Staff was very friendly. They had a little snack shop that my husband and I really appreciated!
The bad: not enough shampoo and conditioner for more than one person. Not enough outlets on one side of the bed at the bedside table. Rug was sticky.nnThe good: bathroom was very well stocked with everything else we needed and then some. It was roomy. Shower/tub and commode was clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. I think the had a full out sofa as I did find extra bedding in the closet. TV was large so we could watch it from the bed. We have noticed that a lot of places have tiny flatscreens that you can’t see unless you sit at the end of the bed or in the desk chair. There was a vast array of coffee to choose from as well as the standard glasses and ice bucket. They had a microwave and mini fridge. The room was larger than expected. You better hang a do not disturb sign on the door if you plan to sleep in, those house keepers are ready pretty early. The customer service as well as the house keepers are very friendly and quick to help.
It was a beautiful moment me and my soon to bee wife Had we enjoy each other moment nice getaway the service was good!!!!
