Front desk attendant was very professional, and the rooms were updated, that's why the rating got any stars at all.nnHot water was luke warm, after being switched to a second room, by the extremely polite and professional FDA, the problem was the same; not her fault. She managed to cancel our reservation and allow me to move to another Marriott property.nnI travel a lot for work and have never had this type of a problem at a Marriott location. It could have something to do with the on going renovation.nnI would love to help management by explaining the problem if they wish to contact me.
I was here for an overnight trip. I felt safe both crime and pandemic wise. The room was clean and fresh and the staff was super nice. The only con is that the bathroom sink is on the outside of the bathroom. Therefore if you are wanting to get dressed in the bathroom, you are going to have to place your clean clothes on top of a nasty/unfamiliar toilet. Aside from this, I enjoyed my stay. But, due to this (only if I had thoroughly reviewed the pictures), I will most likely not stay here again.
Wonderful newly renovated guestrooms and an accommodating staff made for a great stay.
It was nice. Bed was amazing.
I was acknowledged immediately and welcomed. I was quickly registered and given a key to a very clean room. The free breakfast was awesome...veggie sausage was on the menu. An overall warm and friendly atmosphere. I will visit again and recommend to friends and family members. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism!
