We got the two bedroom suite. It came with an electric fireplace which was cute.nnThe hot breakfast although self serve was the best hot breakfast I’ve had in a hotel since the pandemic! Country breakfast at it’s finest.nnThe service of the front desk employees varied. Two were sweet and the other two I experienced seemed judgmental.nnFront desk employees should keep their mouths closed with their opinions about hotel guests.
Very nice clean rooms! If you are traveling from out of town to the Raleigh area I highly recommend. The location is also very convenient. You have restaurants and the Crabtree mall close by.
Staff at the Residence Inn are very rude, condescending, and inappropriate. I will never do business here again. The Residence Inn should consider hiring a whole new staff
Crabtree Lakeside apartment homes loves Residence Inn By Marriott Raleigh Crabtree Valley! Being that the hotel is located just down the street from our community, its the perfect place for our residents friends and family to stay while visiting.
