Our stay was awesome!! We drove from Massachusetts to florida and stopped here. It is very clean and the people are very nice, especially James. I told him my name one time and he referred to me by name for the remainder of our stay. The rooms are what you would expect for a $70 a night hotel. They are very clean though. I use a special light to check cleanliness of hotel rooms and that was the best one out of the hotels we stayed in. I will say even though it’s a smoke free establishment some people don’t care about the rules and the first room we went into smelled of smoke heavily. They were very apologetic and moved us immediately to another room. They are great with dogs and they don’t charge extra for having them. Dont expect much for breakfast, there is coffee and yogurt and packaged cheap muffins. There is no elevator so if you have any physical issues tell the front desk. But if you want somewhere to sleep that is comfortable and clean and the people are friendly then stop in.

I typically stay at the bigger properties across the street, but on this trip, I needed something more budget friendly = exterior of this hotel is a bit lackluster, BUT don't be fooled, i was pleasantly surprised by the decor & cleanliness, once inside.. Not sure why, but the first thing that caught my eye was the carpet in the common areas (clean & modern) - the room was minimalist, but clean - the vending options are a bit sparse (I suggest making a stop at grocery or convenience store), but there is s fridge & micro in the room, among with decent size desk (to use for dining, etc..)

If I could give it NO stars I would! But I’ll will give 1 star for the staff they were the only good things to come out of my stay. On the first night, I found a roach crawling on the wall...a BABY roach at that. I told the staff they said there’s nothing I can do but move you to another room. I say ok...we move rooms. Now, on the second night we have encountered yet another baby roach. And again, the staff says the same thing. So what this is telling me is that they have a roach infestation at this point. NEVER AGAIN ud83dudc4eud83cudffe

Great hotel! Located right across from Crabtree valley mall. You can access the 440 right there. Glenwood avenue is pretty lit lol Peaceful environment. The staff was so nice. Great prices. Definitely recommend.
