Wanted hot water. Coffee maker broke but the biggest surprise was no microwave. Can't heat up water or food. They did bring a different coffee maker but when your drink cools down, too bad. Air conditioner loud. However, people who were working were very nice and apologetic. Shame on management for placing them in this position. REALLY? No microwave?!?! Oh yeah and the dining/kitchen was closed due to some kind of electrical issue.
Excellent service and accomodations. My boyfriend and I stayed here during a getaway trip for our anniversary. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. If we had the time we would have stayed much longer.
The customer service was amazing. They had plenty of hand sanitizer all over the hotel. I felt safe in that aspect. The rooms are large and were very clean. However, the parking lot is very dark and there are no microwaves in the rooms. Due to the dark parking lot with no close parks and no microwaves, I would be on the fence with staying here again.
Awesome just as I expected when I have stayed at other Hilton places. The service and quality never diminishes.
Great accommodations and great staff. Everything from check-in to check-out was a touch-less process and it was very convenient.
