I gave this a 2 because of the beds! For the price of the rooms I should be able to sleep without waking up every couple of hours numb! Damn king bed feels like a long piece of plywood.nnClean rooms, great food, and the best customer service I’ve seen from any type of hotel. This trip (3/26-29/21)we were greeted by Daniel and even with a mask on there was still a smile. He was very helpful and nice. Every time he saw us he would ask us by name if we needed anything. Marriott this is a excellent example of customer service. Thank you Daniel.nnNOW FIX YOUR BEDS!
I booked my reservation on Airbnb for the hotel. It was weird at first but nothing really different about making the reservation. Daniel and Andrew, the front desk and the maintenance employees were a big help and very courteous. The bartender had a task with me as well. I have a very peculiar pallet and when expressing this to him, he made me the perfect drinks. Hats off to him indeed.
I've lived in Raleigh my whole life and this is the first time I've ever been in the Marriott. Went there for a company banquet. Very nice spacious meeting rooms. Nice bathrooms. Friendly staff. Would go here again.
Decent hotel. Staff was fantastic. Was probably nice once. Rooms could use some refurbishing
Staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel was very clean. This particular stay the computers in the business center were down, so couldn't print our boarding passes, but the staff was more than happy to once I emailed it to them. Only co.plaint was that the lobby smelled SO strong of ammonia it was unbearable. Would definitely recommend.
