No extra towels. Was not informed that the pool and whirlpool were closed. That was the main reason for staying here. Also we paid full price for 2 nights and the whole second floor where we stayed smelled of Marijuana. We won't be staying at any Fairfield inn hotels again

When I went to check in for my 2 night stay after my 10 hour drive, I realized I used the wrong card to make the reservation. I tried to explain to the 3 ladies behind the desk that we needed to switch which card I put the reservation on in order to pay, and they seemed to ignore anything coming out of my mouth. They were talking to eachother about how I could pay cash, and then one said to try charging for one night.They tried to change me for one night, without even asking if that was okay with me. After about twenty minutes of trying to get them to listen to anything I had to say, they called the hotel next door, and sent me there. That hotel ended up being quite a bit more expensive, and now I’m worried about not having money for my trip to the zoo.

We visited during COVID so we could not get the usual good breakfast, nor could we use the pool. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and did the best they could under the circumstances. Breakfast was just sweet stuff in a bag, plus an apple and a bottle of water but they had coffee at the front desk. The rooms were clean and I expected quite a bit of noise but was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend this inn, walking distance from some places to eat, excellent management. All good. Visit the zoo of course and spend money in the gift shop! The zoo needs all the help it can get right now. And you will see amazing enclosures and happy animals.

The staff was wonderful very accommodating and helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel
