Front desk check in staff were great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No problems at all until the people in the room next to us starting slamming the door and running around and trying to peek in our room. We finally called the front desk and they must have taken care of it because a few minutes later it was silent. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
Very nice people there. Very nice place to stay. Really enjoyed my 3 nights there. Great sleeping bed. Very nice room inside. Great location. Within minutes of wherever you want to go. I recommend this hotel for a great place to stay
Lady at front desk was awesome, very friendly! Room was a little ran down, but also looked to be in the process of being updated. It was clean, no musty or off odors, and safe. Would stay again.
The manager is horrible. The room was not cleaned. I showed pictures. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. I did not want to move the kids at the time I checked in to another room. No one called me back. I had best western customer service force the Manager to call me. He was horrible and said I should of left his hotel or moved rooms. He was short staffed and they did not clean it well. He said if I write a bad review he will take back the 10% he offered me. I decided not to take his 10% but I will be moving forward with this dispute. Horrible customer service. Will never stay here again.
Very nice stay and room. Staff was very nice as well. Over all had a great night at sure stay
