Arrived after a long drive from New Jersey, upon arrival I was greeted by the lady working at the front desk with a smile. There was an issue with my reservation and she handled it with great understanding. This hotel showed me real southern hospitality, the housekeepers worked quickly and had no problem adjusting any issue I had, although it was a bag breakfast the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. All around the stay was excellent I will be returning.
Tae is an amazing spirit! She answered all of my questions and even helped me get my grandmother out of the car. While taking a short walk she mentioned how she's used to helping the elderly as she was a caregiver for 5 years prior to changing to her current position. I will definitely be booking another stay there with high recommendations!
The property is covered in signs and stickers stating that mask wearing is mandatory.nnNot a single employee wore a mask.nnEmployee laying out breakfast and food was not wearing mask or gloves.nnGuest sleeping in hotel hallways.nnThe mask wearing rules were not enforced. I would say 85% of guests you see walking through the hotel or serving them self food at a buffet style dining room did not wear masks.nnI asked the front desk employee why it states that this hotel abides by simple Heath rules found everywhere. (A reason this hotel was booked) when the employs don’t follow this nor enforce it.nnI was told, “I forgot my mask at home”....nnI had to stay for three days. There wasn’t a single time I saw an employee follow the hotels own guidelines and mandates.nnHighly recommend to stay away if you care about your health and the health of others. As this hotel does not!
Love it here! Great customer service and clean rooms every time! Everyone on the staff is always ready to help and answer questions about the area!
The hospitality of Theresa at the front desk is amazing. All staff we encountered were very friendly. The hotel was quiet at night. The room was average.
